Biografi

I am a Sports Therapist from England with over twelve years experience working in gyms,  private clinics and in elite sport with premier league football clubs Southampton FC and AFC Bournemouth.

I believe in providing you with clear steps and structure to guide your athletic development. If you want to become stronger, faster, more powerful or are looking for a physical edge in your sport, I have the experience and skill set to get you there.

In my experience people can achieve a lot more than they think. They just need the right guidance to set them up for success. No matter if you’re an elite athlete or beginner, when you work work with me I’ll look to push beyond what you thought you were capable of.

Many of you are currently living and potentially performing with ongoing pain, or you keep experiencing recurrent painful symptoms time and time again.

I’ll work with you to identify the movement patterns and technical issues that could be causing the problems, and then work towards correcting these in a way that is manageable and sustainable long term.

I’ve spent many years running my own private practice where I have worked with people at all stages of fitness. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, looking to return to sport or managing a long term injury, I can give you the support and structure you need to progress.

I am a huge advocate of prevention over cure, and look to understand the demands you place upon your body, and your bodies capability to manage that load.
